If the prediction turned out to be true, Aplha will fail to beat every movie of YRF’s spy universe and will emerge as its lowest opener ever. However, Alpha will manage to beat Alia Bhatt’s Jigra which had earned Rs 4.55cr on its day of release.

It pushed me in ways I hadn’t experienced before and I loved every bit of it. What I loved most was that at the heart of it were two women leading all the action. We don’t get to see that very often and I had a lot of fun being part of that. Alpha is a celebration of attitude and a celebration at the movie”.
