Toxic (Hindi) Box Office Collection Day 2 Prediction: Yash and his fans are grinning ear to ear and rightfully so. After all, the superstar is back on the big screen after four years with a bang with Toxic and we can’t keep calm about it. Touted to be a gangster drama, Toxic is helmed by Geetu Mohandas who is known for directing films like Liar’s Dice, Moothon (The Elder One) etc. She has collaborated with Yash for the first time for Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups and actor-director duo has left everyone brimming with an opinion.
Apart from Yash, Toxic also features Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Akshaye Oberoi, Huma Qureshi and Nayanthara in the lead. To note, Toxic features Yash in a double role and also marks his first collaboration with all the leading ladies. Toxic, which made a collection of Rs 55cr on day 1, is expected to see a dip of over 50% in numbers on day 2 (first Thursday) in the Hindi market and is likely to earn Rs 20-25cr. As a result it will fail to touch Rs 100cr in the Hindi market today
Will Toxic Beat Animal & Dhurandhar 2 On Day 2?
If the prediction turned out to be true, Toxic will fail to beat the second day collection of Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal (58.37cr) and Dhurandhar 2 (Rs 78.94cr).
Meanwhile, Toxic had entered the coveted Rs 100cr club in India with all languages combined on the first day itself. The movie had raked in Rs 101.1cr including Rs 55cr in Hindi, Rs 23.3cr in Kannada, Rs 1.3cr in Malayalam, Rs 5.5cr in Tamil and Rs 16cr in Telugu respectively.
