He informed his fans that he was suffering from an eye problem that lasted a week. However, Raina promised that he would make up by dropping two public episodes on YouTube.
“Yo friends, so sorry for being missing, was down with an eye problem that lasted a week. We will make it up to you by dropping 2 banger public episodes this week. I love you guys so much (sic),” Samay Raina wrote on his Instagram story.

Raina has decided to premiere the episode on Friday (August 28) on YouTube, followed by a release on Netflix,” a source earlier told Abhishek Ranjit.
And now, we have the confirmed release date for the new episode. “IGL season 2 episodes 5 and 6 are expected to be released online on YouTube on Raksha Bandhan 2026 and Saturday.
