Toxic Box Office Collection Day 3 Early Updates: Yash’s highly-anticipated biggie Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown-ups continues to earn severe backlash from fans and critics alike. Due to the bashing and negative reviews, the numbers have dropped further despite the Raksha Bandhan 2026 holiday.

Toxic Box Office Collection Day 2 (Yesterday)
Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Yash-starrer pan-India biggie Toxic marks one of the biggest Indian releases of the year… and one of the most controversial as well. The period gangster-actioner, featuring a big, eye-catching ensemble of leading ladies – Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth, and Huma Qureshi, hit cinemas on August 26 and opened to waves of criticism and huge backlash.
Amid all the trolling, the movie took a thunderous start at the box office and collected ₹101.10 cr (net) on day 1 (including all languages), as per Sacnilk. However, on Thursday (yesterday), the film recorded a sharp 62.8% drop in footfalls compared to day 1 and managed to add ₹37.65 Cr on day 2, pushing its total 2-day nett earnings to ₹138.75 Cr, while the total India gross numbers were at ₹165.85 Cr.
Toxic 3 Days Collection Early Trend (Friday)
Looks like Yash and Kiara Advani’s Toxic is struggling to make the most of the Raksha Bandhan holiday. According to live Sacnilk updates, the film’s Day 3 numbers have slowed down. As of 6:15 PM, Toxic has added around ₹14.20 cr net, taking its India net collection to ₹152.95 cr and India gross to ₹182.61 cr. The film has officially crossed the ₹150 cr net milestone.
The Hindi version continues to lead Kannada on Day 3. So far, Toxic’s Hindi version has earned around ₹10.19 cr, while the Kannada version has collected approximately ₹2.46 cr.
Today is holiday, but Film #toxic is having More drop, compare to Thursday. It’s a proof that people have rejected this Film outright.
