How Much Salary Cut is Rishabh Pant Taking?

Pant has agreed to a significant pay cut, bringing his salary down to approximately ₹15 crore to enable the transaction. Trade documents have already been submitted to the BCCI for approval, positioning this as one of the earliest major moves following IPL 2026.

From the 27 crore he was earning at LSG, Pant is set to take a pay cut of 12 crore, which is around 44.44 per cent.

The India star had an excellent time at the Capitals, and after the underwhelming couple of seasons with the Super Giants, he is set to return home, albeit with a reduced salary.
