Jaguars Dominate Khan Tigers
The Aussie Mavericks Jaguars made a strong start against Khan Tigers in Match 5, with Claudia Jensen and Alejandra Alonso taking on Martina Fassio and Raquel Eugenio in the opening set.
The Tigers stayed competitive during the early stages, but the Jaguars gradually took control and finished strongly to claim the set 6-2, giving themselves an early advantage.
Ignacio Piotto and Enzo Jensen then continued the Jaguars’ momentum in the second set against Javi Garcia and Inigo Jofre. The Jaguars maintained their composure and once again won 6-2, extending their overall lead to 12-4.
With their backs against the wall, the Tigers responded in the final set. Aris Patiniotis and Lucas Campagnolo faced Pol Hernandez and Guille Collado in a closely contested encounter.
The Tigers pushed the Jaguars all the way, but the Jaguars held their nerve when it mattered most. They secured the deciding set 7-5 to complete a comprehensive 19-9 win.
The victory marked the Jaguars’ second success of the tournament and strengthened their position heading into the next phase of the competition.
Game Changers Lions Hold Off Cheetahs

Paula Josemaria and Beatriz Gonzalez were in impressive form in the opening set against Aranzazu Osoro and Julieta Bidahorria. The Lions pair dictated the contest and raced to a 6-1 victory.
The second set followed a similar pattern. Gonzalo Alfonso and Sanyo Gutierrez faced Jesus Moya and Jon Sanz, with the Lions continuing to dictate the pace. They secured a 6-3 win, taking their overall advantage to 12-4. However, the Cheetahs refused to go down without a fight.
