Batwara 1947 Audience Review: Sunny Deol starrer Batwara 1947 has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year. Set against the backdrop of the 1947 Partition, the film brings the actor back to a genre rooted in emotion, conflict and national history. Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, Batwara 1947 reunited him with Sunny Deol after three decades. They had earlier collaborated on Ghayal, Damini and Ghatak.
