But Shreya seems to be avoiding that, whether by accident or design, and the latest chatter around her only adds to it. Sources close to the actress say her recent schedule has been dominated by physical conditioning and workshop sessions of a kind that go well beyond routine fitness upkeep. Nobody’s confirming anything. But the pattern is hard to ignore.
Adding fuel to that fire was Shreya’s recent airport spotting. The girl walked into the terminal, clad in knee-length capris and a crop top that had her toned abs and fit physique on full display, clearly letting us all in on the fact that she has been in active training. For those who do not know, Shreya is already adept at horse riding, and has trained in Kathak, both acts that demands the kind of stamina and body control that translates surprisingly well onto a role that is physically demanding for an artist. Whether that’s a full blown action film or a role with a few punishing sequences baked in, nobody outside her camp seems to know yet.

It’s the strategy, which seems to be working for her, given her impressive line up of films that include a murder mystery film with Vivek Oberoi and Nithya Menen, a few other projects that she’s in talks for.
