The Vvaan Box Office Collection Day 1 (Morning Trend): Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia have collaborated for the first time in The Vvaan: Force of the Forrest and their sizzling chemistry has been grabbing eyeballs. Directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra, The Vvaan also features Anup Soni, Sunil Grover, Shweta Tiwari and Maniesh Paul in supporting roles. Touted to be a fantasy thriller, the movie marks Tamannaah’s return to the Hindi market with a full fledged movie after 7 years.
To note, The Vvaan is inspired by the real Van Devi Temple which is situated in Bihta near Patna. Interestingly, film critic Rohit Jaiswal gave The Vvaan a rating of 3.5 stars and wrote, “VVAAN is a refreshing departure from the routine…..ROOTED FOLKLORE FANTASY…..The STORY IS THE HERO film is gripping, accessible and packed with mystery, humour, faith, action and adventure…. Bihar, Chhath, Van Devi and the supernatural folklore give the film a strong DESI IDENTITY. SIDDHARTH MALHOTRA is in a completely different zone with powerful screen presence, Tamannaah Bhatia adds more power in the film”. However, despite opening to decent reviews, The Vvaan witnessed a slow start at the box office.
The Vvaan Morning Occupancy Day 1
According to a report published in Sacnilk, The Vvaan recorded an occupancy of 12.23% during the morning shows. To note, The Vvaan has managed to beat the morning shows occupancy of Param Sundari on day 1 which was 8.38%

To note, The Vvaan witnessed a slow start at the box office and failed to earns Rs 3cr from the morning shows. In fact, it raked in Rs 2.05cr until 1pm.
Meanwhile, talking about his preparation for The Vvaan, Sidhart, as per a report in Bollywood Hungama stated, “For me, the physical preparation always starts with understanding the character and what the world demands of him. I don’t believe you can just arrive on set and expect the physicality to come together. It has to become part of the character. There is a difference between looking fit and being physically prepared for a role. For Vvaan, I had to think about how this character moves, how he reacts, how he carries himself and how he physically survives everything the story puts him through. The training has to support all of that”.
