The Vvaan Box Office Collection Day 2 Prediction: The fans of Bollywood films have been witnessing an inclination towards fantasy thrillers and devotional films lately. While Neem Karoli Baba’s biopic Hanuman Ansh has rewritten the box office game, Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannah Bhatia’s The Vvaan Force of The Forrest has also been grabbing eyeballs for its inspiration from Van Devi Temple which is situated in Bihta near Patna. Directed by debutant Deepak Kumar Mishra, The Vvaan is a fantasy thriller which also features Anup Soni, Sunil Grover, Shweta Tiwari and Maniesh Paul in supporting roles.
Interestingly, The Vvaan has opened to a decent response from the audience and critics. Renowned film business expert Ramesh Bala gave The Vvaan a 4 star rating and wrote, “A wildly imaginative big-screen adventure where rooted folklore meets fantasy, faith and supernatural mystery, powered by a terrific Sidharth Malhotra and a world that feels unlike anything mainstream Hindi cinema has attempted in recent times. The story is the hero, with Bihar, Chhath, Van Devi and Bhutakkas creating a gripping folklore world packed with mystery and surprises. @SidMalhotra is superb in a completely new avatar, while @tamannaahspeaks brings charm and emotion to their refreshing pairing”. According to a report published in Sacnilk, The Vvaan made a collection of Rs 8cr on day 1 with 6,746 shows and marked Sidharth’s second highest opener post COVID 19 pandemic along with becoming Tamannaah’s highest opener in a decade.

Given the trend and the positive word of mouth so far, The Vvaan is expected to see a hike in numbers and will be making a collection of Rs 10-12cr. As a result, The Vvaan is likely to touch Rs 20cr mark in two days of release
Meanwhile, The Vvaan witnessed a hike in advance booking collection for the second day as compared to the opening day. As per Sacnilk, while The Vvaan raked in Rs 3.63cr from advance booking for 7,005 shows on day 1, the collection was Rs 4.03cr for 7,358 shows on day 2. Looks like The Vvaan will be enjoying a good show during the opening weekend
