Toxic (Hindi) Advance Booking Collection Day 1: Superstar Yash, who was last seen in 2022 release KGF Chapter 2, is all set to make his grand comeback on the big screen after 4 years and the excitement about the same is palpable acrossthe world. For the uninitiated, Yash is coming with the much talked about movie Toxic which has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year. Touted to be a gangster drama, Toxic features Yash in a double role along with Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth.
To note, the movie is helmed by Geetu Mohandas and is co-produced by Yash. This isn’t all. Toxic will feature Yash in a double role for the second time after the 2014 release Gajakesari. Besides, Toxic also marks Yash’s first collaboration with Kiara, Tara and Nayanthara. From the songs to the trailers everything about Toxic has added to the movie’s excitement. Given the massive buzz, the makers will be releasing Toxic in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and English and the makers have also begun the advance booking of the movie across India today.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Toxic has earned Rs 2.43cr from advance booking for the Hindi version with the sale of 65489 tickets in less than 24 hours.
Toxic Beats Animal In Presales Ticket Sale
While Toxic has received a phenomenal response from the audience in the Hindi market, it has surpassed the tickets sold in 24 hours for Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal, Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava, etc. To note, Animal had sold 52.5K tickets in advance booking in first 24 hours while the number was 27K for Chhaava. Given Toxic’s strong hold, it will be interesting to see if this Yash starrer wll be able to sell more tickets for the Hindi version in 24 hours than llu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 which was 95K.
Meanwhile, as Nayanthara is sharing the screen with Yash for the first time, she was all praises for him. She stated, “I’ve worked with a lot of superstars. They’re really good, and that’s why they are superstars. But when I met Yash for the first time, I realised that he shared the same larger-than-life personality that he portrays on screen. I was like, “Oh, okay, am I actually entering this Rocky bhai’s kingdom or something?” I have never seen a more hardworking actor than him”.
