In a heartfelt moment, she finally confesses her love to him. Armaan, overwhelmed with emotion, reciprocates her feelings, making it a deeply touching exchange before his surgery.
Meanwhile, Manoj questions Abhira about Armaan, and she silently points towards the OT. Inside, the medical team prepares Armaan for surgery. A nurse attempts to remove the sacred neck chain he is wearing, but Armaan refuses to part with it, believing it to be a symbol of hope and strength. Moments later, the hospital staff realizes that an oxygen cylinder is urgently required.

Without wasting a second, Abhira rushes to arrange the cylinder herself. However, her exhausted body finally gives up. Having gone days without proper sleep while constantly worrying about Armaan, she suddenly collapses unconscious in the hospital corridor. Before being sedated for surgery, Armaan notices Abhira falling and desperately tries to reach her, but the doctors administer an injection and proceed with his treatment.
Soon, Maira arrives with the oxygen cylinder and is horrified to find Abhira lying unconscious. The doctors immediately examine her and reveal a shocking truth – Abhira’s blood pressure has dropped dangerously low because she has neglected her own health for days. They fear she may be suffering from a serious medical condition, leaving the Poddar family completely devastated.
Unable to control her emotions, Maira rushes to the temple inside the hospital and breaks down before God. Through tears, she begs God not to take away both her parents. Vidya and Mukti stand beside her, trying to comfort the frightened child. Maira pleads with Vidya to pray for a miracle, but Vidya, consumed by grief, bitterly says that God has already taken Rohit, Charu, and BSP from her.
In her anguish, she even declares that if anything happens to Abhira and Armaan this time, she will remove God’s picture from her home. Mukti immediately intervenes, praying for forgiveness and asking God to overlook their anger because they are overwhelmed with fear. Maira quietly folds her hands again, asking God to listen to Mukti’s prayers.
The situation becomes even more critical when the doctors warn the family that Abhira could suffer a cardiac arrest because her blood pressure continues to fall. When Armaan regains consciousness, the doctors check his memory. He appears confused on seeing Vidya, Maira, and Mukti and does not immediately react. Fearing that the stress could affect his recovery, Vidya instructs everyone not to mention Abhira until the doctors permit it.
Kaveri eventually brings Abhira into Armaan’s room. Seeing her, Armaan slowly recognizes the woman who never left his side. Abhira is relieved that the tiny chance of his memory returning has worked. Armaan gently asks her to rest after everything she has gone through. However, Abhira, emotionally overwhelmed, asks him to give her some space so she can compose herself.
Pradhan insists that Abhira cannot stay with Armaan because she herself needs urgent medical attention. Vidya, however, believes the couple should remain together after surviving such a terrifying ordeal and convinces everyone to let them rest. Maira innocently tells Armaan that Abhira almost suffered a cardiac arrest, leaving him deeply worried.
He immediately questions Abhira about her condition, but she brushes it aside, calling it a “small issue” and once again asks him to stop worrying and let her sleep, hiding the seriousness of her health from him.
